You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). Silk-Kskin assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:

Returns Policy

Silk-Kskin accepts returns within 14 days if products are still in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. If the products are not returned in their original state, a refund will not be offered. For returns send an email to Silk-Koreanskin@outlook.com with your order number and a picture of proof that your order in its original packaging.

Once we have received this we will confirm whether it has been accepted. Returns should be sent to the Returns address on your package shipping label. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returns.
